[ABM-DVB-T/T2] Winter Hill August 2020
Hi,
I have gone to retune both my VU Openvix boxes, however when I try to run ABM for them I get the following issue:-

It is fine if I just do DVB-S, but as soon as I try the Winter Hill DVB-T tuners it fails.
(Was all previously working until this retune)
Any Ideas Please?

[Zgemma H7] Crashing when trying to enter password for network share
Hi, I've just got a H7S from the sponsor pre-loaded with vix and from the network browser, selecting a device, when it asks for a password (yes/no) selecting yes is an instant crash... Tried it several times from an absolutely clean image (first thing I did after flashing)... This was the same result from sponsor flash and my own clean flash... Other images (pli/atv) don't crash... This is not to mount a particular share, it's just to expand the device to show the available shares... Also, it crashes when trying to switch to pip mode from Kodi with only vix installed... I have put atv on slot 2, and it didn't have a problem booting back to vix, and vix didn't crash when booting back to atv... But I haven't tested further... Just letting you guys know...

4K box - Advice Please
Hi guys, been looking at upgrading so I can receive 4K channels.
I currently have an XTrend ET8500 with 3 tuners (1 on my motor and 2 on 28e) which I have had for 4 years and absolutely love.
It's been a while since I've looked at new sat hardware so wondering if there's a 4K equivalent or similar that would give me the same functionality.
I would even consider changing the config to have 2 boxes if cheap enough but I love the convenience of everything in one box.
I had looked at the Zgemma H7S which says it has 2 tuners, but unsure if I can have 1 on my motor and 1 on 28e (which would be my minimum requirement)
Any advice or pointers to threads greatly appreciated.

[Zgemma H9S] openvix-5.3.039 crashes at H9S card manager

Currently installed Image ( openvix-5.3.039.release-zgemmah9s_usb).
tried to move image micro sd card after successfully initialized the sd card when I go to H9S card manager through blue key (vix) it doesnt response .Even old version 5.03.19 was working fine with same sd card .
seems this build has a bug and need to fix it

Network issues
I am thinking of buying a NAS drive and using it for recording, to test the idea I am trying to connect to a share on a PC.
I go Menu - setup - network - mounts - network browser
I then click on the IP address of the PC I want to mount to, it then asks me if I want to enter username and password I say yes and it crashes every.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong, I have attached the log

List of recordings
Hello all
I am interesting in buying one the Enigma 2 boxes. I just have a query.
I can see on the forum sites that there are plenty of EPGS and can set it up to record programs.
What I don't seem to to be able to find out if there is an interface to show all the recording.
I would like to be able to set the machine up to record programmes and then move them to different directories. Eg films go to Films directory.
Is there interface that will show the directories and then you drill down to sub-directories

Is it possible to have bluetooth
I am thinking of buying GiGaBlue UHD Trio 4K. I think it is a good box for IPTV so people have said.. It doesn't have built in WiFi but you can get WiFi stick. Is it possible to have bluetooth on this.

[Formuler F1] Box not connecting to internet
Hi guys,
This is driving me mad.
I did a full flash on my sons formuler 1 box with image 5.3.039. I did this at my house and the box connected to my talk talk BB no problems. However when it was taken over to my sons house who is on virgin BB I cannot get an internet connection on the box.
I have rebooted rooter and box. Reset network settings using dhcp and also without. When I run the network test it picks up the lan adapter, local and dhcp(if using). Ip adress and nameservser always come back with the error cant confirm addresses.
Any ideas chaps?

Box freezes
Hello Guys,
Recently I have noticed the box freezes when I'm watching Netflix, Prime etc on my smart tv.
The picture is frozen however the sound is still coming through. unable to turn off by remote. got to turn off from the back.
have you guys had any issues like this?

DVB-C/T tuner inop
STB: Gigablue UE UHD 4K

Tuner: NIM TT2L10 DVB-C/T combi tuner
I just got this STB yesterday, the SAT channels are working fine.
I cannot get the cable channels to scan/find any channels. I have tried cable scan, auto scan, and manual scan with known valid channel settings/info from my area and It will not find/tune any cable channels. I've tried Brute force, network ID and every available option in the DVB-C scanning menu.
I have tried every image available for this STB, with the same results; the DVB-C/T tuner is not finding any channels. I know this is not an OpenVIX problem, I'm just asking for some advice. I think it is probably a rookie/stupid mistake I'm making.
Please note: My Xtrend ET-10000 tunes all cable channels with no problems( I reconnected the Xtrend 3 times to verify this...no problems), so the cabling and/or connectors are ruled out.
Are there specific settings I should use to get the DVB-C/T tuner to scan/tune cable channels?

Got AX61 but mutiboot online - need help?
Got box today, like it very fast. It has openatv 6.3 latest version. I then tried multiboot online followed instructions but when I select flash online image all I get is a directory and when I press ok it goes back to flash online. Bootmenu is r311.
